Heading South
1. This event is designated for road bicycle riders with good riding skills, men and women.
2. You are registered to the event when you have your full registration form signed, paid the registration fee and have the doctors health assurance, only when the office confirms the acceptance of all the forms.
3. A confirmed participant is he/she that their name appears in the participant list on the journey's official website prior to the event.
4. The organizers have the legal right to change the riding route according to security forces orders or conditions of the roads on the way.
5. There is no refund in a case where the journey or part of it are canceled because of unexpected occasions such as, weather, war, security or safety issues.
6. The organizers take full responsibility on what happens between the leading car/guide to the last guide/car. Do not ride outside of this range.
7. The organizers have the right to shorten the route for individual riders by driving them by car towards the group of riders. A rider that is more than half an hour behind the main group of riders will most probably be forwarded by car to the main riding group.
8. The organizers have the right to stop the participation of a rider during the journey.
9. You are required to ride on the route and with the group, you cannot shorten the route or ride of the route.
10. All riders are required to wear a helmet, have two drinking bottles and wear riding shoes. It is recommended to wear glasses to protect your eyes.
11. The organizers have the right to check the bicycles before we set off to make sure that everything is in order. All riders are required to have a basic kit to repair punctures.
12. Throughout the whole journey the riding will be according to road riding rules: the riders will ride only on the right side of the road and close to the right rim.
13. If needed, the stopping of the escorting car will be beyond the route and beyond the right rim of the road.
14. Riders that will bypass the leading car or stay behind the back escorting car will be out of the organizers responsibility and will not be covered by the journeys insurance.
15. A rider that for some reason stops his participation must notify the organizers or the escorting car that he is retiring from the journey.
16. The participation is limited to age 16 and up only, born from 2001 and on.
17. Do not throw drinking bottles or any litter during the riding.
18. All riders will obey the organizers/escorts orders during the journey including their order to get on the escorting car, because of medical concerns or delay of the journey.
19. Signing the registration form is an obligation to pay the registration fee and fill all the regulations.

Cancelation policy:
- Until 15.2.19 – 90% refund
- Until 26.2.19 – 75% refund
- Until 7.3.19 – 50% refund
- After 7.3.19 – no refund
- There will be no refund to a participant that did not attend and did not notify ahead of time
- The registered participant declares that his physical condition is good and he has trained to such road riding and is aware to the level of difficulty and has the riding skills required.
- Each participant will be checked by a certified sports doctor at one of the authorized ergometry clinics and show the organizers the doctors confirmation.
- Even if the participant does not show the doctors confirmation It will be considered by the organizers that he has such a confirmation.
- Insurance: it is required that each participant hold personal suitable insurance for bicycle riding.
- There is an option to purchase suitable personal insurance through the website when you register for the journey.
- The participant assures that he will have no complaints to the organizers regarding his personal equipment.

I declare that I am healthy for this journey and have trained accordingly; my physical condition has been checked and confirmed by an authorized doctor. I know that the organizers, specifically Trimax race, will have no responsibility to any damage including body harms if caused prior to the journey, during or after, and loss of equipment.
